Porta Brace doesn't fit right using my brain

http://droptodesign.com/test/bpgal/

I didn't see instructions in the bag sooo, for what ever reason it doesn't appear that the cover fits the lcd correctly, or is that clear window on top for the controls. But that doesn't make much sense. The PB guys are gone on vacation hehe. Am I not seeing this right?

Portabrace should come out with an instructional video on your camera. It is a royal pain in the neck.

Update:

The dude on the chat at BH Photo had no idea how to figure out the alignment on my rain cover that I got from BH Photo. Hmmm....... He directed me to Porta Brace.

So I finally called Porta Brace after emailing them, and learned the the window on top is for when the lcd is flipped over and back in the cradle. DUH. And your right David, the thing should come with an instructional video. When both BH and PB told me that there were pictures on the PB website that shows various views, I told them that the most of the pictures on that page showed a GL2 or other camera, and not the Z1u.

So it only took me a total of a week to figure out how this things is supposed to fit. The same amount of time for me to become comfortable with the camera itself. hehe.

Have you had enough time to decide if you like the PB rain cover?

Jim.

I like it for what it's worth. I really think they could have customized the design a little more to make the various handheld styles a little more easy.
