Traveling to Japan at DVinfo.net

I will be traveling to Japan next week and would like to purchase a small bag for my Z1. I have a bigger Portabrace bag but its too big to carry on to the plane. What do you guys think of this setup from Petrol?

This case comes with a rain slicker as well. Anyone have this rain slicker? Is it good? Bad? Worth the price for bag and slicker? Any comments good or bad are appreciated, I need to purchase something very soon. Thanks!
