Steadyshot "Hard" setting safe for brides entrance?

Hello all, I use an FX1 handheld exclusively for the brides entrance down the aisle. My FX1000 is on a tripod and ready to go after she is delivered, the FX1 then becomes a backup camera for the day. I googled and learned a little about the Steadyshot settings. My questions is:

Could I see an improvement in my camera shake by setting the Steadyshot setting from Standard (currently) to Hard? Any pros and cons about using the Hard setting?

I hold as steady as possible, using eyepiece, and is most noticeable if I need to move a couple feet away.

Thanks all.
