I am trying to analyze my shooting, Does the EA50 record meta data with shutter speed and gain settings? If so is there a player that will let me see it?

Play off the camera as deck through HDMI press data code... There you have it.

you can get almost all metadata on a computer with EXIFTool

but beware of "changing" metadata, that varies along the video.
