PS and FX modes with SD card
 

Hi everybody.

In the Operating Guide on page 44, bottom right it says:

Notes
• Movies recorded with the recording mode set to PS or FX can be saved on an external media device only (p. 104).

This has confused me because I think I have been recording footage at these settings to the SD card without difficulty for weeks.

Can somebody explain?

Hey Martyn,

I remember reading that about five times. I think it is just a bad translation. Those modes record to the SD card just fine. Take out the word "only".

Thanks Steve.

I have my first shoot that demands PS quality next week (helicopter shots) and had a little panic when I read that. I guessed it was probably wrong so thanks for putting my mind at rest.
