Please post some video links with other lens 2.8 / 1.8 canon-tamron-sigma with EA 50 by taking day and night,will help enough to purchase of the appropriate lens

Hi Serggio

You might have to ask someone else here. I have Tamron and Sigma both F2.8 and the Sigma is F1.8 all constant BUT all my lenses are Nikon mount using either the Novoflex adapter and also a really cheap Fotga adapter (cost a whole $15.00!)

Jody has adapter issues with his Canon mount lenses and I'm not sure who else uses Canon mount on the EA-50 except Peter Rush but his are not Tamron/Sigma but genuine Canon.

It makes sense for me to use Nikon lenses as they can also be used on my two Nikon still camera bodies.

Is there any reason why you want to use Canon mount lenses ..Do you have Canon still cameras??

I do have a bit of test footage that I shot with my Sigma 18-35 f1.8 and Tokina 11-16 f2.8.

I'll try to remember to dig it up tomorrow..

Chris i have canon 5d mark ii with 24-105 f4 and canon 50 f1.8 and use this lens with adapter kiwifotos
I'm not at all happy with the EA50EH no good sensor and the stock lens is for the bucket.
have many moire & aliasing in full zoom out with any lens,I believe that this causes the Pixellation in 50p and 50i unacceptable image records
