white boxes across bottom ? cmos ? help please !

a couple of weeks ago one of our cameras started to display little white boxes across the bottom of the screen, they almost look like horizontal film strip but only across the bottom. this can be seen on the cameras screen as well as on the output over SDI.

I'm not sure quite what caused this behavior or if it is something simple/commonly seen.

the shapes don't really look to be any kind of defined objects.

See my post. It sounds like the same problem.

It does look similar, except the boxes are more defined, and no flickering for me. I'll try to get a capture and upload.
they are just static white boxes across the bottom.

do you know whats causing your yet by chance ?

Sony thinks it may be the main board. I sent it to Sony and am waiting for the engineers to look at it and give a price estimate.

Thank you Sir. I guess there will be a trip for the camera to be fixed then.
