If you want something critical, I would say that your framing is a bit off in two places. The shot that follows her is at her waistline for too long. It isn't an over-the-shoulder shot which would be okay because her face would at least partly show. If walking through the grass was the object of the shot, the camera could have been held higher to capture her head and shoulders while still showing the grass below. The other thing I noticed is small but I think important. I feel it is good to always frame a person with their hairline in the shot, especially for women. If the top of the frame is forehead, it looks like a mistake. If it is a tight shot and hair is out of frame but the hairline is showing, it looks fine. Hair is the frame of the face so at least a little bit of it should be at the top of a portrait.

Kind of what I was expecting to hear. I only shot for about 10 minutes and was just trying out a monitor in the bright sunlight, so I wasn't really expecting great footy. |
