Rumour?

Just heard from a retailer that the VX2000 is discontinued.

Is this why it has been impossible to find a VX2000 lately?

Hope this is not true?

I don't know whether the rumour is true or not, but a quick search on pricegrabber.com confirms around 20 dealers who have the camera in stock.
