Looking for fluid head on Bogen/Manfrotto 055MF3

Sup guys,

I'm looking to get a fluid head that is compatible with Bogen/Manfrotto 3433PL Quick Release Plate and fit on a Bogen/Manfrotto 055MF3 Tripod. It will need to support the weight of the EX1 and the Sony WA adapter. Any suggestions?

Try the Support section and estimate the weight to be a little more than the Z1.
