Hi,

Im selling my EX1 and it still has a good stretch of Silver Support warranty left. Does it automatically go to the new owner? Do I need to tell Sony about it?

Are you in the UK? If its the extended warranty through Sony (service plus) I think you need to tell them about it. They don't have a set policy for ownership transfer. Because it doesn't happen often they say. So its reviewed on a case by case basis.

Im from Finland but camera was purchased from UK. I will give Sony a call when I find someone to buy it. Thanks!
