Expresscard adapter

I see at that SanDisk has launched a new multi card cxpresscard adapter. This looks very interesting because it will allow one to use SD, memor stick du and other media in computers with ExpressCard slots. I wonder if this would also work in the new EX ?

This is even more interesting as it allows you to use your express card in your pc rather than your laptop. The only problem is that the outlet of this adaptor will be at the back of the pc - a rather ackward place to access. I haven't yet managed to find any other express card reader like the ones used for photographic memory cards.
