How do you upgrade Clip Browser on Mac

Hello
I am new to Mac and wish to upgrade Clip Browser to 2.00.01 but first of all I need to uninstall 2.0.0. Can someone please tell me how to uninstall 2.0.0?
Thanks
Malcolm

Go to your applications folder, grab the file Sony Clip Browser and drag it to the trash folder on the dock.

BTW edited to add:
Welcome to the wonderful world of the Mac.

and makes sure to empty the trash from the finder.

Unfortunately not enough to ensure usage of the updated version without problems.

I use an app called "cleanapp" which detects all related files to an app and makes
sure they are all put into the trash folder. Google for CleanApp 3.

Hope this helps.

Thank you for the replies.
I thought it was a case of dragging it to Trash but others told me it was not always so easy.
Peter, thank you for the advice.
I must admit I am somewhat surprised that the installation/un-installation of programs is not as straight forward as Mac fans have always claimed it to be.

Why to use CleanApp

Malcom,
Mac-wise, un-install is a very easy process...
provided that the program really sticks to Mac rules.
However in some cases the programmer decided to
follow rules that one might call more win-wise. In
that case support files are distributed 'all over the
place' which is not bad in itself. However, supposed
a new install does not overwrite old support files,
you may run into trouble afterwords. So using an
app like CleanApp is more of a measure to prevent
such trouble then a nessecity.
So, blame the programmer, not your mac.
And as Sony apps come from 'the other' OS, I'm
rather be more careful then not.
