Buttons under handle for EX1
 

I'm in a dark auditorium. I grab my EX1 out of the bag. In doing so I accidentally hit the color bar button with my knuckle. It's dark, so I can't see the buttons. The show is about to start. I know the buttons are somewhere under the handle, so I blindly hit one at a time. The status display comes on, but the bars are still on. I blindly hit more buttons, and the bars turn off but the status display is still on. I hit more buttons, the bars come back on as the show begins....

Has anyone experienced a situation like this?? LOL

Not since I modified my camera a few months ago by sticking one of these over each of the buttons. Now I can find the buttons without looking -- day or night.

1/2" size worked for me. I think I got them at Staples.

Genius solution!

I hate those $#@&*$ buttons. They are SOOOOO badly placed.
And yes, I have had the same happen to me. Activated a button without realizing it and then was left scratching my head as to why my display was different.
