Help Please !!

I need help finding a really good program that can convert .mp4 files from the Ex1 to a file that my client who uses Windows Media Movie Maker to edit the video.

I want and need to be able to convert and deliver the video to with out compressing the video at all so that he can use Windows Movie maker. I tried to ask him to use another program, but he will not do so, and well simply put he pays me to shoot so, I must give him a file that he can edit..

Is there a program that can convert the .mp4 files without compressing or losing quality to a file that my client can edit on Windows Movie maker (Vista) ?????

Hi Eddie.........

Hmm, can't see why you're having a problem.

I just typed ".mp4 to .mov conversion" into that Google search bar at the bottom of the page and got well in excess of 1,000,000 hits.

I'm sure one of them must work.

I would suggest you try Cineform's NeoScene. At $129, it's fairly inexpensive, and will provide a very hi quality digital intermediate file that can be imported into WMM. It will also read the native EX1 files, directly from the CF cards, so the Sony Clip Browser isn't needed.

I just used XDCAM CLIP BROWSER to convert the .mp4 to a WMV but there is a lame huge logo on the top left hand side of the video after converted Logo reads " MAIN CONCEPT"

Why is this logo on the converted file????

You need to licence the Main Concept Codec to remove the logo;

MainConcept: Conversion Packs
