EX-1 hot shoe adapters?

I'm wondering if anybody knows of any sort of a "splitter" for a camera hotshoe? I have a PHU-60K and also a Sennheiser ME66 shotgun microphone. The mic came with a shock mount that goes on the hot shoe, however as you all know so does the hard drive. When I try to use the built-in mic mount the edge of my windsock is visible on the top of my screen. :(

I really need both as I use my gear for wedding videos, but I haven't been able to find a suitable solution. Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks guys! :)

How about this one

And some people use this to raise the mic so it's no longer in frame:

I'm thinking about getting this one:

Rycote InVision Mount | Trew Audio

I had a problem last week when I needed to use an LED light AND my furry covered MKH60 shotgun....just didn't have enough space available between my coldshoe adapter:

and my top-mounted coldshoe on the EX1. It looks like the offset of this mount might help clear the side of the LED light.

Offset's very nice.

J-Rod are also making a mic clamp replacement - thej-rod.com

Except it has 2 shoe mounts instead of one. I just ordered one, the build quality doesn't look that good in the photo however i've bought of Jeff before and the quality has been great. Im going to assume that that photo is of an original preproduction unit.

Will update this when it arrives.

I got the Rycote hot shoe splitter, works well. I also got the DM accessories replacement for the Mic shockmount that just has a hot (cold) shoe instead. This works very well, and I got the Rycote shockmount that mounts in the hot shoe.

I put my stereo UHF receiver in the DM Accessories hot shoe and my mic in the original hot shoe with the Rycote shockmount and I don't use the splitter too much.
