$400 Rebate on EX1-r

I have ready several places about a $400.00 rebate on the EX1-r, can anyone help me find that information.

all i can tell you is what i did, i havent tried to GET the rebate yet, and you werent very explicit about which rebate, so i will Assume it is this one i have seen

you go there, register/sign into the "expo" which (as i discovered late) was only a 1 day thing, and now its pretty bleak in there, not even one sorry virtual rep in the whole virtual place.

while your running around in there acting like you have money :-) at the bottom you will see a scroll which tells you about the rebate which required that you "Attend" the expo.
which i did not, But by at least having tried and signed up and all the rebate became "available" to my username. at the other place i signed in, and they DID send me the form that says thanks for attending, and here is the link to the rebate.

so i hope that helps, you sign up for 20 years of spam twice :-) and wander around a bit , and you will find it all.
the rebate is not specific for the camera, as many items are listed that can be purchaced, the basics is spend $5000USD on one item and you probably qualify :-)
also you can get $600 (instead) to spend at sony style, which had retail prices so much higer than dealers it might not be such a great deal.
ex: buying that cameras accessories, or another one of those cameras at sony style will wipe out far more than your $200 from not shopping around.

Thanks I will give that a shot. I know Canon rebates are so stressful its crazy. It has to be a good amount for me to fight through and try and collect.

I have had some like profoto that were fast and great.
