Timecode EX3

Hi:
When EX3-recording with a set timecode (i.e. 01:00:00:00), then taking out the card and putting it in again, the timecode from the last recorded clip (i.e. 01:06:03:17) does not continue on the next clip to be recorded but "jumps" back to zero-settings.
Is there any way to "save" the timecode so that it continues - even if the card was taken out for a moment?
Sounds complicated but hopefully somebody checks what I mean...
Thanx: Heiner

the setting for that would normally be called RE-GEN, meaning to regenerate the timecode off the previous timecode . . . i think.
