Import ex files to avid MC4 via AMA??

Hello,
i have copy 2 cards with 1920x1080 to my local hard disk.
The problem is that AMA is working only if i have insert a SxS card to card reader.
How i can import these files to avid?
And what resolution i have to use?
DNxHD 120 MXF, or XDCAM EX 35 Mbits MXF??
Something that i have in my mind, is to convert all these files with clip browser 2.6 to MXF, and then import them into avid, not with AMA, but with the import function.
Looking forward to your reply
Thanks

Select File > Link to AMA volume > "Folder" , where "Folder" = the folder just above your BPAV folder on the card.

This will ONLY work if you've copied the exact contents of your card onto your hard drive.

As for how to import it, that is up to you. For quick edits I simply inport the XDCamEX 35. For high end work I import at 10bit DNxHD codecs. For proxy work, I import DNxHD 36.
