Firmware needed on EX3 for SxS-1 64GB
 

Has anyone used the SxS-1 64GB cards on their EX3? If so what firmware are you running?

I have been using 64 Gb Sandisk Ultra 15 Mb/s cards OK with 1.15 upgrade for EX1- done by Sony service agents.
I have another EX3 that has 1.10 and it needs to be upgraded to 1.15, or 1.16, or 1.17 but it appears that Sony has stopped making this avilable as a download from the website. You have to contact them by phone first.
That's fine, except it is a US number and I am in Australia.
I have contacted the local Sony people but they have not yet got back to me to explain how I am to access the upgrade.
Has anyone got a site to download any of these upgrades?

If you follow the Link to : Sony | Micro Site XDCAM EX you will get to where it it will say click here to download Ver 1.15, BUT when you do it tries to open a pdf and you get error message Adobe Acrobat: Page is broken.
Try it, and see!

Another Sony micro page got me to where it offered ver. 1.16 BUT, as stated in the previous post, you had to first call them to get the ftp address. This is to stop those with ver. 1.05 or below from upgrading.

Is there any site, or any person, out there that has 1.15 or 1.16 or 1.17 available to udate the EX3?
