XDcam Xfer 2.1?
 

I meant XDcam BROWSER 2.1 in the TITLE, not Transfer...anyway...

So just downloaded new SONY XDcam Browser 2.1 - but it says "Retail Option, Trial will expired (sic) in 30 days." What in the world does this mean? Have you got to buy XDcam Browser after a month of use or something?

Happened with 2.0 also. This basically is the MainConcept MPEG pack's trial notification. If you don't convert into different formats, you'll be fine. However, if, say, you want to make a XDCAM EX 35mbps into a XDCAM HD422 50mbps file, you will have to pay for the MainConcept MPEG pack once the trial runs up.

Me, I just stuck to Clip Browser 2.6.
