Re: Attaching something heavy z90

So I had an idea that maybe I can just buy a clamp for a bigger rod and use a bike tube piece of rubber for friction and to add girt

https://www.amazon.com/DF-Monitor-Holder-Zhiyun-Release/dp/B07G5TXQG5/din02c-20

Is there any unforseen complication I may run into.

Because right now, that 15mm clamp to 15mm rod, there is NOOOOOOOOOO room to add anything.

So I'm thinking get this 22mm cold shoe clamp put some tubing around the 15mm rod to add girth and I should be good to go?

I actually prefer this way because the light w ill be close to the CENTER of the rig, whereas the 3/8" is off set towards the right a bit
and I can use the swivel head for other installations

When you go to "Reply to Thread", underneath the window that opens up there is a white rectangle where you've been writing your reply. Below the rectangle there is "Submit Reply" and "Preview Post".

This is where local knowledge becomes helpful.
BELOW the "Submit Reply" and "Preview Post".buttons is another screen window titled "Additional Options".

Then, in the window is "Attach Files" and "Manage Attachments". To attach a file (of the Valid extension type) select (click on) the Manage Attachments button and then a new Manage Attachments window opens up. Choose the File

Go find the attachment file in the computer file management system (Mac is "Finder") then select it. And way, Way, WAY over to the far, Far, FAR right is a little "Upload" button. Click on it and the file should upload (if it meets the file type and size limitations).
The files and sizes should (hopefully) show up under "Current Attachments"

THEN, scroll way down to the bottom of the big window and select "Close this window"

After "Preview Post" and everything looks okay, then hit "Submit Reply".
Make a goof, oversight, or want to make a correction? All is not lost, there is an opportunity to "Edit"
Based on experience, it helps to save your finished post before hitting the Submit button because if you're timed out or something happens, it's a real pain to re-write everything.

No such button is on my screen is either part
a "post reply" or "reply"

There is not even a "quick reply" option.
Is it because I'm a new member?

Don't know what to say, but since you're logged in and can make a post the Cookies option must be enabled. My browser screen looks like this:

Don't know what to say ... wouldn't think so but who knows?

Edit #2: screen shot at the bottom of a post:
