Quick Release inputs for new juicedLink DIY101

Having DIYed a few different contraptions myself, I think the quick releast plate should attach to the bottom end of your unit, to slid onto the tripod. In other words, for rapid deployment to and from tripod, I just want to have the whole rig come off or mound back to tripod. So your rig, as far as camera goes, should just have a thumb tightener to tighten camera down, or to loosen and let it rotate a bit to allow acces to get at battery compartment.

For those attaching the DIY101 to a tripod, then I would see them using a quick release plate inbetween the 2.

What I didn't show in the video, because the proto is being fabbed right now, is an accessory that connects to the bottom of the DIY101, to attach it to 15mm rails (on 60mm centers). I see that as being kind of permanent, and then people would use the quick release between the camera and the DIY101 to pop the camera out for changing batteries, etc.
