the business that represents Tiffen in your area should be able to supply you - that's were I got mine from.

That's the thing that they don't, "Henry's" (the store I got my Merlin from)recommended me to contact "manufacturer"
and somehow TIFFEN does not respond to my emails,
I guess something is wrong with me :-)
Thanks anyways!

Have you tried emailing Frank Rush? He's the product manager at Steadicam and is very responsive to emails since I think they go directly to his Blackberry. Or call the factory directly at 818-843-4600. Frank's contact info: http://www.steadicam.com/steadiCusService.html

Btw, I think the part you're after is the Merlin Tripod Adapter Plate (P/N 801-7950) $19.95.

Looks like a conflict between certain IPs and his spamblocker. I got through to him today. He said to also try these:

Dikeda at tiffen dot com (Dan Ikeda)

Techsupport at tiffen dot com

Steadicam at tiffen dot com

Or it's probably best to just give the factory a call.
