Steadicam Training Courses

I am looking into various options for the above.

The two main ones Ive seen thus far, are :

National Film and Television School - 5 day
BBC - 3 day.

The BBC one is cheaper obviously, but im prepared to pay more if it means I get more information and detail.

Does anyone have experience of these courses?

Which one is the best option?

I just want to get maximum benefit for the best value for money (well duh! :))

Thanks in advance

I did a workshop at the International Film Workshops with Garrett Brown and it was 5 days. although part of the last day was passing the test. I suspect the NFTS will have more discussion on using film cameras as well as video than the BBC, which will tend towards broadcast work. Also, check on who the instructor on the course is.

Skillset may offer you assistance with part of the costs of attending (if you're freelance in the industry) and are worth checking.

I believe MK V also do Steadicam workshops in the UK
