Does Smooth Moves apply to merlin?

Does the training dvd apply to merlin? is it worth?

Nope, thats a glidecam video isnt it and from what I understand the merlin is a slightly different way of working. Ive seen a few vids of the merlin in operation and didnt really rate it. Anyway.

Smooth moves is quite expensive and quite short. Your better off with the Tiffen EFP video which is only $20. Its from the old one but man, its really good. Great for helping my glidecam. But again, the merlin is very different and balancing is unique.

You may find this video more use than any DVD. Certainly in terms of balance, the rest is practice.
