2 versions of Merlin Arm & Vest kit??
 

Hi,

I currently have the old version of Merlin, one with the plastic gimbal. I just ordered this Merlin arm and vest package from B&H. It includes the arm, gimbal and vest.

However, I just found out that there is another package which is $150 more, but does not come with the gimbal. http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/produc...&img=bh_wl.gif

What's wrong here?? Did I order the wrong package??

Looks like you picked the right one because you need the metal gimbal. Don't know why the other one is cheaper without the Gimbal??

I bought the STMAV model, and it came with the gimbal and weights. I'm not sure why it's listed twice with two different photos, and the different descriptions.

I think we goofed. Our sales database says the "STMAVQ" is the arm and vest w/o gimbal. I'll check, but it could have been a simple copy-paste error.
