Yea I know you guys have seen these before but I think mine works pretty good for a cheapo home made. I will be buying a real glidecam this coming year, I just wanted this to do until then. Seems to work...

Choppy on vimeo but I am uploading to youtube as well.

EDIT:

Youtube FINALLY put it up in HD, takes them forever. You can see it in 30fps so you can tell how smooth or not it is. Vimeo needs to work on that.
