quick release for glidecam hd4000

Hello,
my name is john and i am from Athens, Greece.
I am a wedding Videographer and i have just bought the Glidecam X10 with hd4000 for my new Sony EX1R.
My question is about the quick release plate of Glidecam.
What about if i want to go from Glidecam to tripod?
There is a problem, because i have to take out the plate and put other plate for thetripod.
Is there something that can fit both?
Thanks
