Where i can find this Docking Bracket?

Hello,
i have the Glidecam X10 with the HD4000.
I am interesting to have a docking bracket, to mount my system and adjust it there.
A. F. Marcotec Onlineshop - Glidecam MT Docking Bracket for Pro and HD - Series
But as you can see, the price it VERY HIGH.
Any ideas?

Thanks

Those are not interchangeable docking stands, Buba!

Different post diameters between different rigs require the specific dock for a given rig. Get one that is too wide (as I suspect the Sachtler may be) and the post will fall right through.
And the Merlin style is not a true dock that you can walk away from and leave the rig unattended; that's more of a balancing pin arrangement. A good dock has both a solid and secure post mount as well as a balance pin.

Using a makeshift dock that is cheaper represents false economy. Having the rig fall off isn't worth it.

(want to know how much the dock for the full-size rigs cost? Try $975...!)

OK, no the Merlin's one, (but in real need it could work too)
but Sachtler and Glidecam are do have pin and post mount;
HD4000 will fit on any of them, and with enough weight on the bottom it's completely safe,
they fit on standard C stand (including Sachtler), and I don't think that total load will be more than 10lb, so there no need to spend 1K on the docking bracket :-)
I love to spend money on equipment, but when 125 EUR is "VERY HIGH" anything that less than that is an option.

I don't have all of the diameters at hand, but I know that the hole in the Merlin handle is smaller than the one in the Glidecam handle, so docking the 4000 to the Merlin dock would not be particularly secure.

The Sachtler dock you posted (a blatant ripoff of the PRO dock...wow) is designed for their rigs that have a 1.5" post with a larger diameter docking ring. The 4000 has a 1" post and no docking ring. You'd have to place either the gimbal or the top stage resting on the dock, with no way to secure it so it could easily be knocked off.

The Glidecam dock is made for their system so it's probably the right choice. I don't know what that costs in Euros but having a dock for the rig is really a necessity.

I use the marcotec one. Find my for 135 EUR including C-stand on Ebay. You have to modify the pin for the curved handle (highly recommended with X-10 and HD 4000!).
