glidetracks vs arm/vest stabilisations

No experience with both, but is it possible with a decent arm/vest stabilisation to mimic, produce short slide/glide footages?

Yes, it is possible, but it is very dificult to mimic these moves.
Specially those that camera is moving from the ground.
