optical image stabilizers

Canon & Fuji had some optical image stabilizers. I have a sony XDCAM EX-3 camera. Is there anything I can mount on my camera that will give me better performance than the internal lens stabilizer on the EX? Not interested in any steadicam type devices.

Thnx

never mind, found them at B & H...well over $10,000; ouch.

Any other ideas for small portable hand held image stabilizing? Kenyon Gyros look interesting but how effective? I'll be on a boat in choppy conditions.
