what do you think about this RIG for Canon 5D

i am planing to shoot a short film with canon mark II 5D , the short will mostly be in a apartment with 2-3 people walking around and doing normal things you do at home. other then that ill have some shots where my characters are walking out on street and building entrance, i have never shoot with DSLR and was wonding what you guys suggest for steadycam? i was looking at this kit on ebay and wanted to know what you guys think about it
