Blackbird - Long or Short Bar?

I've got the newest Blackbird and added the longest bar initially but something in the video made me think the long bar was for the lighter cameras. So i put on the short bar.

I'm flying a 5Dmk2 with battery grip and two batteries and 24-105 f4L lens at 24mm. Would the long or short bar be better for flying?

The longer bar gives the weights more leverage against movement and as such can offer more stability without adding weight to support.

I recommend using the longest bar you can regardless of the weight of the camera.

Thanks Chris,

I'll slap on the 15" bar when I get to the office.
