How I mounted my Atomos converter

2 Attachment(s)
So, I have my XF300s and currently fly them on a Steadicam Scout. But I wanted to come out HDMI into the sled, but didn't want to get the sled modified. I also plan to fly my DSLR, so I looked all over and didn't find a way to mount the Atomos converter. Infact, Atomos didn't have an option. So I took the generic battery mount ripped the wires out of it, flushed a 1/4 inch screw in it and whalla. It even looks good.

I figured I'd share since the option for mounting this thing doesn't exist (that I know of). So I hope this helps someone.

Had the same issue yesterday, Steven. I think this will work great on the top handle of a C100. Thanks!

I'm currently battling their design that incorporates the battery mounts top and bottom--it's a PITA if you don't need that functionality (wish they made a version that same size without those, plus DC jack).
