Hi Greg

The Glidecam V16 can handle cameras weighing between 10 and 20 pounds so it's perfect for your H1.

My H1 comes in at about 12 pounds and I find it just a bit light so I added in some weight discs to bring the camera in around 15 pounds.

Regards
