Kodak V570 - Dual Lens compact 5MP
Looks good on paper and I bet the street price will dip well below the advertised MSRP of $399. It offers a 23mm wide angle lens and a seperate 5x optical zoom lens. The HQ video mode (640x480 @ 30fps) allows zooming and offers image stabilization.
