Eizo CE210W or Apple Cinema 23in

I am looking into getting a new monitor for my Mac G5, I want one that can be properly calibrated with a software/hardware bundle, like the Spyder2Pro. Right now the two choices are either an Eizo 21inch CE210W or the Apple 23inch Cinema Display. I mainly want to have a good monitor so I can get my photos color corrected and tweeked so when I send them to a publisher or go to print them, what I see is what I will get.

What are you photographers out there using as a monitor for your computer?

Thanks in advance for any help.

You have other, better choices, such as NEC 1990 or 2190UXi, which offer hardware calibration of the 12-bit color tableswith NECs Spectraview package. I have the 2190UXi, which I bought after much frustration with consistent color. Have you compared the Apple 23" with other monitors? It always looked a little pink to me, and others have commented with similar observations.

You can even get the same S-IPS panel as the 2090 in NEC's $500 2070NX, though it offers only 8-bit color tables and no direct hardware color table calibration. The Spectraview package is pricey , but it's not as bad if you already have one of the supported color calibration units. It's also more automated than the Gretag Macbeth EyeOne software as you don't have to manually play with the monitor during the calibration. Just start it up, walk away for a few minutes, and comeback to a calibrated monitor. Nice.
