I forgot to mention, the projects I was talking about are all "for fun" or "for experience" on my end, nothing paid or on spec - actually, i'll NEVER do anything on spec ever. Most of the people that I know actually volunteer to help out if I just mention that I'm working on something or have something coming up. More of a "let's all do something and get some more experience in the real world". Books can only take you so far, after all.

If I ever made any money off a video I did with my crew, I'd for sure give them their fair share.
