Ent. Lawyer recommendations in Los Angeles? at DVinfo.net

Anyone have any not-going-to-break-the-bank entertainment lawyers recommendations in/around LA? I've got a contract for a no-budget, deferred pay doc I just need translated from legal-speak into layman's terms. I really don't think there is anything fishy here, but in the outside chance that money does come flowing I just want to make sure I clearly know what's mine, and what's not mine, so I don't end up in some cliched, Hollywood he said/she said.

We did a workshop with Michael C Donaldson at a festival recently, I think he's in the LA area. Don't know his rates but from our extended visit after the workshop, he seemed like a great guy. His book is called "Fearless Negotiating," I would recommend it heartily.
