All around international doc release?
 

Does anybody know of a standard-all around doc release form?

I'm doing a promo video for a Tanzanian school of pharmacy that's trying to make their own aids drugs but I'm also planning on shooting some footage for a doc of my own as well as for the local public access station. Is there a release form that might cover all situations.

Release forms are meant to cover specific situations. You don't indicate WHO you want a release FROM. Those people appearing in the scenes? A release from the Pharmacy? A release from the school? Releasing all rights to WHO? For WHAT?

You can google up "Image Release" on the net, and get a couple of dozen versions. Start there.

Also, make sure before you roll tape that the 'rights to the footage' are clearly defined. Does your work belong to you? To the School?

I did a couple googles but I'm just looking for a general all rounder. Something rather than nothing. This was the best that I could find so far.
