New work, new contract- what issues need covering?

I've been asked to quote for work as the camera operator for a live event, where the video is projected live in real time. There is no recording or post work involved. I'll be using my camera, but beyond the plug-in, everything else is 'by others'.

What sort of issues do I need to cover in the contract to keep myself covered?

thanks,
Scott
