Using movie clip in video at DVinfo.net

I am putting together a 5 min clip for a 'contest' and I was wondering the legal implications of using a clip from a feature film in the clip. Are there ways around having to get clearance from the universe to use it? Like if I put Fox Pictures on the clip or what if I have it on a TV and film the TV showing the clip? Are there ways of doing this?
