Rogue Crew Ciné LLC - Time For A Change?
 

So I picked this name for my company a couple of years ago and even started using "RogueCrew" as my handle on a bunch of web sites. Then about six months ago, I realized that a smallish company in the UK had become a major player. Rogue Pictures - I see there name in credits all the time now. About a week ago I realized that there is another small company around the festival circuit called Rogue Arts.

I'm bummed. Think I should change my company's name? I'm leaning in that direction, but I''d like to hear from you guys.

I think the chances of finding a name that is not at least partially covered by someone else in the world these days is near impossible. Stick with it!

I also worry about confusing people with a similar name--plus, if it's trademarked, they may go after you.
