Is this doc worth using? at DVinfo.net

Hi, i am filming events and producing dvds or downloadable media for purchase. Just wondering what documentation i should be using. So far, it has been me scouring ads looking for events, contacting event manager and getting verbal acceptance. I have my gear insured and pl of 10mil. I wrote up this small doc but wondering if its worth using and what else i should use. Mainly shooting drag racing, rodeos, footy and anything else that people might want.
