Trailer credit screen - any template?

I`m looking to find if trailer/teaser credits have 'must include' credits and a particular format they should follow.

Credits are not standardized; there are contractual stipulations that require certain people to be listed before others, with a certain size font, or with a separate distance from the others...Just watch any film; search Youtube for "film OR movie credits"
