Direct to BD what is "best" camera, workflow

I want to make indie digital movies.
My target is direct to BD 1920 x 1080.
I want best possible quality.
I don't care about any "stinkin' film look".
what is best camera (under $50M all in with one lens) for this project.
What is best workflow?

if possible please give opinion on best camera
under $50m
under $40M
under $30M
under $20M
under $15M

Is it necessary to shoot at 4K if the final product is 16x9 and 1920x1080?

You need to care if you're hoping to make movies. It's still a look that's very much preferred.

Before you pick a format or buy a camera, your first step in the workflow should be to learn all that you can about the art of film making. There are two many reasons for this to note here, but without an understanding of the art it will be hard to achieve what you envision in your finished product.
