Scratchy Film Look

Is there a software to create the old scrathy film look, without the jitter effect?

Try http://www.chv-plugins.com/film.html. With their filter, you have control over everything...jitter (or no jitter), white hair, black hair, dust, scratches, etc.

Here's something I made with it.

One of our members, Graeme Nattress, has also created a nifty filter...check it out here.
