60i to 24p on DV Filmaker. It says it can achieve look of DVX-100's. True or Not?

It says that on the DV Filmaker software site. Is it true or is that a selling point. How much does it make it look like th DVX-100A or XL2?

60i -> 24p has nothing to do with how the DVX or XL2 look. If you
give that software a $500 camera it will not make it look like a
$3000+ camera.

What it can do is make interlaced QUALITY VIDEO look more like
progressive. If you do a search on filmmaker here on the board
you will find threads that discuss the program.

If they have a demo I would try it out in your case.
