Use a shoulder support. Your audience will thank you.

true, but i like to handbag, while i am not using the shoulder support especially when i am walking or whipping, i am currently using a dsr570, and bvw790, on a occasions i use a pd170, i just wondering if it was because of being on a narrow, with mini 35, would make the shots very hard to be stady, or would be a case of the front being to heavy?

thanks

It's just because we are "unstable". The human body just ain't no tripod.
Perhaps it is time to invest in proper shoulder support, tripod, dolly, crane
and stabilizer? It will give you all the tools you will ever need to do basically
any shot (kinda), especially if the tools can be combined (ie, putting a crane
on a dolly or a steadicam/stabilizer on a dolly etc.).
